An Expensive round of Golf

On Wednesday evening I had one of my more expensive rounds of golf. I played after work with a mate at Forest Hills in Cinderford. It was all OK until I got the second tee, I thought I would be clever and use all the Tee (just like the pros) and tee up close to the marker on the left. That way I could get the best shot at the cutting the corner to a green 280 away. I took out my Driver and swung. As I hit the the ball there was another loud crack and my driver head went 50 yards down the fairway. So that will teach me. So that was a £15 Green Fee and a £200 pound Driver. I could have played Wentworth. I did manage to make par on the hole as my ball had gone before I hit the marker, and I ended up shooting 8 over and beating my mate 3&2. See the new picture of my 2-piece driver below (shout out to Rob England).
